Which contacts can I add?
Any contact whose “online” you can see in your own WhatsApp. Add up to 10, by typing the number or picking from your contact list, and each one gets its own history from that moment on.
Do I have to install anything?
No. ChatWatch runs in the browser on any phone or computer, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
Does it keep recording when my phone is off?
Yes. Recording runs on our servers, so the history keeps building with your browser closed and your phone off. Open the dashboard whenever you want and it is all there.
Can ChatWatch read messages?
No. It works with presence only: online or offline, and when. Chats stay end-to-end encrypted.
How does billing work?
You choose monthly or yearly and the first day is free. It needs a card with enough funds for the plan, which is only charged when the 24 hours end; cancel before that and you pay nothing. After that, payments are non-refundable. Cancel in one tap from your account and you keep access until the period ends.
