Chat logs and instant message information stored through use of Chat Watch.NET is saved for your use only and will not be available to anyone but the account holder unless there is a request or subpoena from a law enforcement agency.

We do not store your credit card information once the initial sign-up for Chat Watch.NET is complete. Only the last four digits of your credit card number are saved from each recurring charge as a record of the transaction for your convenience. These transactions can be viewed in the My Account section of Chat Watch.NET.
